Stelizen LLC ("Stelizen", "We," "Us," or "Our") is committed to the concept of Data Sovereignty. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and secure data through our website, architectural services, and proprietary software engines (including "The Vision Engine").

1. Information Collection

We collect data in two primary streams:

A. Client Business Intelligence (Service Engagement)

When you engage us for Architectural Forensics or Custom Development, we may access:

• System architecture diagrams and codebase repositories.
• Operational logs and performance metrics.
• Business logic constraints and compliance requirements.

B. User Content (The Vision Engine)

If you license our Vision Engine, the system processes:

• Input Images: Photographs of garments or models uploaded for processing.
• Generated Assets: Synthetic video and image outputs created by the multi-agent system.
• Inventory Data: SKU data and stock levels used for "Grounding."

2. Generative AI & Data Usage

We operate under a strict Non-Contamination Policy regarding Artificial Intelligence:

• No Public Training: We do not use Client Data or User Content to train public foundation models (e.g., OpenAI, Google, Anthropic).
• Local Context: Data injected into our RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines is ephemeral or stored within your dedicated instance(anonymized). It is not harvested for our general improvement unless explicitly agreed upon in a Pilot Agreement.

3. Data Retention & Security

We employ high security standards.

• Encryption: All transmission of sensitive architectural specifications is encrypted.
• Retention: Forensic logs are retained only for the duration of the engagement + 30 days, after which they are cryptographically wiped, unless required for legal compliance.

4. CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act) Rights

As a California-based entity, we respect your rights to:

• Know what personal data is being collected.
• Request deletion of your personal data.
• Opt-out of the sale of personal data (Note: We do not sell data).
